Company descriptionat rtl adalliance we create simplicity for advertisers and value for publishers. our goal is to unite premium video publishers and facilitate connections between international and local brands and european audiences. with offices in 10 european countries and the us, we represent top video publishers such as rtl, m6, itv or activision blizzard. as part of rtl group we offer clients the latest advertising technology and services to master the video space and addressable tv.your responsibilitiesact as a bridge between smartclip's technology and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.manage the italian assets within the european consulting team.support the onboarding phase and provide ongoing assistance after go-live.support new product rollouts and work closely with clients to understand requirements.be the technical expert on our platform, products (e.g., atv), integrations and emerging fields such as header bidding or ssai/ssas.serve as 2nd-line liaison between key partnership managers and technical departments (ad-technology platform support, smartclip product teams) for setups,

new product requirements and daily operational tasks.provide technical setup assistance to key partners and continuously improve platform usage.assist in answering rfis and rfps and recommend new technologies.conduct impact assessments of strategic and technical changes (e.g., first-price auction, tcf 2.0).deliver platform trainings for key partnership managers.troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.qualificationsbackground in computer science, engineering or business it.at least 3 years of adtech experience, especially with large platforms.knowledge of vast, vpaid, ad servers, dsps, ad exchanges and ssps.ability to act as technical lead for client onboarding; programming experience is a plus.skill in translating technical details to any audience.experience with web debugging tools (e.g., charles, firebug, fiddler, chrome tools).ability to manage relationships with business development, product and development teams.strong client-facing communication skills.capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.fluent in english and italian; other european languages are a plus.
