Costa in Genoa is seeking a Business Platform Analyst to join the Sales Excellence team and help shape Costa's digital platforms for global trade partners. You will connect international markets, commercial stakeholders, and IT to evolve Costa Extra, Web Affiliation, and the upcoming Common Reservation System.

You will translate market needs into actionable requirements, coordinate with IT and external partners, and drive UX improvements and API integrations to maximise partner value.
