This is a role for a proactive leader who thrives on integration and technical challenges, serving as the primary advocate for our customers while ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial performance. /p h3How You Will Make a Difference /h3 ul liLeading the end-to-end execution of turnkey power generation service projects, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, and safety targets. /li liBuilding and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and driving swift resolution to project challenges. /li liCreating robust project execution strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations. /li liManaging project financials, including cost forecasting, margin enhancement, and proactive risk mitigation. /li liCollaborating with internal stakeholders to drive scope and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within specification. /li liImproving project outcomes by applying Lean management principles and sharing best practices to enhance overall service delivery. /li /ul h3Special Role Requirements /h3 ul liAble to travel to various project sites as required by project needs approximately. 25%. /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 pYou should be a dedicated project management professional with: /p ul liThe ability to lead large-scale, complex industrial service projects with a focus on power generation infrastructure. /li liThe capability to navigate complex contractual terms and manage multi-disciplinary project teams. /li liAn expertise in project financials, risk management, and schedule control. /li liA keen interest in applying Lean methodologies to optimize project performance and reduce waste. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders in international and cross-functional settings. /li /ul pA formal education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a great foundation for this role, and professional project management certification (PMP) or training is highly valued.
