ph3We are looking for a Laboratory Specialist for our Agricultural Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy. /h3h3Mission /h3h3The Laboratory Specialist assists the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects to promote Azelis products and incorporate them into customers’ finished product formulations in the agrochemical market. /h3h3Main Accountabilities /h3ullipSupport and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications, and chemistries: /pulliSupport and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments; /liliSupport the sampling process (for customers, seminars, and exhibitions); /li /ul /lilipSupport the sales team by making joint customer visits /p /lilipSupport customers on production trials if necessary /p /lilipDrive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain; /p /lilipSupporting the digital team in creating the digital content for the customer portal; /p /lilipWork in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and troubleshooting; /p /lilipEnsure tracking and reporting on innovation pipeline development; /p /lilipDrive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards). /p /lilipTranslate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs /p /li /ulh3Experience, Skills Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field /liliSpeaking and writing an intermediate level of English /liliMin. 3 years of experience in RD in the Agro market segment /liliStrong analytical approach, work towards high-quality standards, and attention to detail /liliSelf-motivated and dynamic mindset /liliGreat affinity with customers and market dynamics /liliStrong IT skills and interest in using digital tools /liliLoves to work in a dynamic and commercially driven team /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
