ppbDEADLINE EXPIRED /bbr/bDeadline for applying: /b October 31, 2023 /p h3Description /h3 pPROFILE: The resource will deal with the analysis of the content of the Authority’s provisions, also for aspects relating to the evolution of the regulatory context within the EU, ensuring the relevant communication within the company, ensuring their correct interpretation and supporting the company functions from time to time involved in the assessment of the impacts (both for the provisions issued and for those submitted for consultation to the stakeholders) and in the implementation of the consequent obligations. /p pACTIVITIES: /p ul liMonitoring of the evolution of the regulatory context, with particular reference to the regulation of the gas distribution market, including within the EU, and related aspects. /li liEvaluation of the impact on the Company of measures issued by the Sector Authorities, verifying the extent directly with the corporate functions/structures involved, with particular attention to critical issues and opportunities. /li liParticipation, based on the instructions of the manager, on behalf/in the interest of the Company and in relation to sector associations, in working groups/commissions on regulatory measures issued or in the process of being issued.



/li liSupport to the corporate functions involved during other data collections established by the Authority and/or requests for information/questions. /li /ul pPREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: /p ul liQualification: Degree /li liExperience: Preferably with work experience on similar topics in a gas distribution company or in the energy/regulation sectors. /li liTechnical/specialist knowledge: Preferential knowledge of the characteristic processes of natural gas distribution companies, of the various subjects operating in the gas supply chain and the legal regulations/provisions of the sector authorities. /li liPersonal skills and characteristics: Propensity to study normative texts; good degree of autonomy and organizational capacity; ability to economic and organizational analysis of regulatory provisions and their impacts on businesses; good synthesis ability; problem-solving; good results orientation; high relational and mediation skills. /li liComputer knowledge: Good knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li /ul pThis announcement is aimed at both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91 and to people of all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/02 and 216/03. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
