ppbOpdenergy /b is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /p pOpdenergy is now looking for a bHSE Technician /bto give support to our projects in Italy. /p h3What will you help with? /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, projects permit, and company HSE policies. /li liSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /li liPrepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records. /li liSupport internal and external HSE audits and inspections. /li liCarry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. /li liMonitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices. /li liVerify environmental compliance, including waste management, environmental protection measures and environmental permits. /li liCoordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access. /li liManage Environmental Monitoring Plan and implementation of environmental and compliance measures on projects. /li liManage budget related environmental measures and compliance activities.



/li liDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required. /li liSupport the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. /li liMonitor corrective and preventive action plans. /li liCollect and analyse HSE KPIs. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance. /li liReport regularly to the Corporate HSE department. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments. /li liGood knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. /li liExperience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /li liFluent Italian and a good level of English and/or Spanish. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 ul liRemote working model with periodic visits to our offices in Bologna. /li liA stable position with a permanent contract. /li liReal opportunities for growth in a global and multicultural environment. /li liTechnical and language training courses as needed. /li /ul pWe're an equal opportunity employer.
