With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /p pWe are currently seeking a bManager Enterprise IT Controls /b to join our dynamic team in bPiove di Sacco (PD), Italy /b! /p pThe Manager Enterprise IT Controls is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of IT General Controls (ITGCs) across Vertiv’s core technology platforms, ensuring SOX compliance and a strong internal control environment. /p pThis role focuses on designing and performing ITGC controls, conducting regular reviews (including access appropriateness, segregation of duties, and change management controls), and serving as the primary point of contact between IT and Internal/External Audit. /p pThe Manager will partner closely with Finance, HR, and application teams to ensure control activities are embedded in day-to-day operations, risks are identified early, and remediation is driven to closure. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 h3ITGC Design Execution /h3 ul liDesign, document, and execute IT General Controls across enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.). /li liEnsure controls are operating effectively across key domains: /li liAccess provisioning and de-provisioning /li liSegregation of Duties (SoD) /li liChange management /li liComputer operations /li liMaintain control narratives, risk-control matrices, and testing procedures. /li /ul h3Regular Reviews Monitoring /h3 ul liConduct periodic access appropriateness reviews across all in-scope systems. /li liPerform SoD conflict analysis and elevate violations for remediation. /li liExecute user access recertification campaigns on a defined cadence. /li liMonitor and report on control effectiveness through dashboards and KPIs. /li /ul h3SOX Compliance Audit Interface /h3 ul liServe as the primary IT interface for Internal and External Audit. /li liCoordinate evidence gathering and walkthroughs for SOX testing cycles. /li liDrive remediation of control deficiencies and audit findings. /li liTrack and report on the status of open items and management action plans.



/li /ul h3Security Administration Oversight /h3 ul liOversee user provisioning workflows, role assignments, and access changes. /li liEnsure timely terminations (e.g., zero-day termination compliance). /li liStandardize and improve access request and approval processes. /li liPartner with system owners to maintain clean, well-documented role structures. /li /ul h3Process Improvement Automation /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to automate control testing and evidence collection. /li liReduce complexity by standardizing review processes and approval flows. /li liLeverage IAM and GRC tools to improve efficiency and coverage. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Partnership /h3 ul liPartner with Application and Infrastructure teams on control requirements for system changes. /li liPartner with Finance on SOX compliance and financial system controls. /li liPartner with HR on employee lifecycle events impacting access. /li liPartner with Internal Audit on testing scope, methodology, and validation. /li liTranslate compliance requirements into practical, sustainable IT processes. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field. /li li7+ years of experience in IT controls, IT audit, or IT compliance. /li liStrong expertise in SOX ITGC controls (access management, change management, operations). /li liExperience with access review methodologies and SoD frameworks. /li liExperience with audit coordination and evidence management. /li liExperience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow). /li liAbility to coordinate cross-functional global teams under time pressure. /li liStrong communication and documentation skills. /li liProblem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and operational rigor. /li liAbility to influence without direct authority. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with GRC or IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ServiceNow GRC). /li liKnowledge of COSO, COBIT, or similar control frameworks.

Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
