ph3Automotive Technical Delegate / Flying Doctor /h3pIn this role, you will serve as the escalation expert for complex vehicle issues, supporting dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, and drivability faults to enable first-time-right repairs, leveraging OEM tools and technical documentation. You’ll document findings clearly, coach technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement by feeding back recurring issues.
