GD Resources is seeking a qualified Prevention Education Coordinator to support the U.S. Army Family Advocacy Program at Camp Darby, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver non-clinical prevention education on child abuse, domestic violence, teen dating violence, parenting, stress and anger management, and healthy relationships.
- Conduct FAP briefings, classes, unit training, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate annual training for military units, command teams, schools, and personnel working with children.
- Develop approved marketing and educational materials for FAP programs and events.
- Maintain training logs, attendance records, unit databases, and monthly reports.
- Enter service and participant data into the Client Tracking System.
- Support Family Advocacy Committee meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate educational referrals with the FAP Manager and appropriate service providers.
- Report suspected child abuse or domestic violence in accordance with Army requirements.
- Safeguard personally identifiable and sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in psychology, counseling, social work,



behavioral or social science, health education, community health, public health, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in each of the following:
- Family and children's services or advocacy.
- Community program organization.
- Family violence prevention.

- Experience delivering professional training and prevention-education programs.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based information systems.
- Ability to work effectively with military, civilian, and community personnel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required background checks, CNACI/Tier 1 suitability, DOCPER authorization, installation access, and Common Access Card.
- Must meet suitability requirements for working with children.

Employment Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Normal hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Position type: On-site, non-personal services contract.
- Overtime: Not authorized.
- Occasional schedule flexibility and approved travel may be required.
