Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. /ppFrom day one, you join ION on a bfull‑time permanent contract /b, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /ph3What You'll Do /h3pAcross phases, you will support different stages of the product lifecycle, gaining exposure to trading and workflow automation solutions, data processing, and business intelligence. Your work will include:
/pulliAnalyzing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities /liliSupporting data processing and contributing to business intelligence initiatives /liliCollaborating with product, development, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions /liliPresenting findings, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real-world data /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliMaster's degree in a STEM field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /liliWritten and spoken English at B2 level or above /liliStrong collaboration and teamworking skills /liliBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ulh3Gross Salary Range /h3p34.000 - 38.000 EUR /ppPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
