You will work in close partnership with our Business Analysts, who drive the analysis and design phase; your mission is to take these blueprints and implement robust, efficient solutions that deliver real-world business impact. /p pIf you are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on building efficient workflows and integrating systems to streamline operations, you are the right fit for our Business Efficiency Team. /p h3Your role in BizAway /h3 ul liDesign and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost business efficiency. /li liCollaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate process blueprints into robust,



high impact digital solutions. /li liIntegrate diverse enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Project Management, Workspace) to create unified and efficient data flows. /li liSupport other teams in the validation of their technical projects, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards and architectural robustness. /li liMaintain and update existing automations, ensuring long-term reliability /li liStay up to date on AI and digital tools, proactively suggesting new solutions /li /ul h3Your basic qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in a technical role designing and implementing solutions that solve real business problems through full process automation. /li liDeep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity. /li liStrong analytical mindset with a passion for creating robust, scalable, and efficient digital workflows. /li liAbility to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions. /li liFluent in English (minimum B2 level). /li /ul h3We are also interested in /h3 ul liExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to extend automation capabilities beyond standard platforms. /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code concepts.
