You'll translate strategic priorities into marketing initiatives that accelerate sales and strengthen IFF's market position, collaborating with Sales, Innovation & Design, Consumer Insights and Communications.
You'll lead a regional category plan, monitor progress, and influence stakeholders to translate plans into tangible business impact.

opportunity pipeline and milestones Collect industry insights from stakeholders and shape actions to support growth Support key customer engagements and contribute to marketing content aligned with business goals 10+ years of business experience in marketing, sales or business development in B2 C or B2 B, preferably in Culinary Strong communication, listening, analytical and influencing skills Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources and translate into strategy Proven leadership and ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams Strong project management across strategy to execution Fluent English written and spoken; other languages a plus; Power Point and Excel proficiency
