The Planning & Fulfillment Specialist for the Business Line Energy Distribution Division of ABB will drive customer service and supply chain efficiency to enhance ABB's performance in the Energy Distribution supply chain within Electrification Smart Buildings. This global role prefers hiring in Belgium (Evergem), Bulgaria (Stryama), Germany (Heidelberg or Sasbach) and Italy (Vittuone or Santa Palomba). The working model is hybrid. Roles And Responsibilities Optimize Supply Chain Performance: develop and implement strategies to improve on-time delivery, lead times and networking capital (days Inventory on Hand, Inventory Health), ensuring an efficient end-to-end supply chain for both internal and external customers. Drive Customer Service: optimize on-time delivery and lead times across the ABB supply chain, ensuring a flexible and effective supply chain setup that serves customers. Lead Supply Planning & Tool Deployment: oversee the Supply Planning process and drive the implementation of Anaplan and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the Energy Distribution Business Line and Smart Buildings Division to enhance forecasting and decision?making. Drive Cross?Functional Projects & Best Practices: lead or coordinate cross?unit and cross?functional initiatives to optimize planning, fulfillment and networking capital efficiency, while establishing and sharing best practices, process benchmarking and standardization guidelines.



Continuous Improvement & Digital Integration: foster a KAIZEN/Lean Six Sigma mindset, perform root?cause analyses and drive process improvements by leveraging ERP systems, digital tools and IS solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Coaching & Talent Development: act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing training, mentoring and coaching to Planning & Fulfillment Managers, Material Planners and Operations Planners, ensuring the development of key competencies and capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment. Strong knowledge in Inventory & Supply Management, Disposition, Planning & Scheduling, with hands?on experience in SAP (PP, MM, (E)WM, S4 H), forecasting tools such as Anaplan, Power BI and Microsoft 365. Training or certification in SAP or APICS CSCM/CSCP are nice to have. Proven ability to lead across teams and functions, even without formal authority, with strong communication and facilitation skills. Customer-focused, action?oriented and systematic approach to process improvement, standardization and deployment, with digital awareness and analytical skills. Experience in Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross?cultural environment. Fluency in English required. #J-*****-Ljbffr
