Our areas of expertise R&D; Production & Operations Digital Our key sectors Role Description As an Business Developer for our Milan agency, you will act as a true intrapreneur responsible for developing and managing your business unit within the engineering consulting environment.
Business Development Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Promote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package) Recruitment & Team Management Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers Conduct interviews and select high-potential consultants Manage, support, and retain your team through active career follow-up Contribute to team engagement and performance Profit Center Management & Coaching Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit Monitor performance indicators and drive sustainable growth Compensation We offer an attractive compensation package including fixed salary, performance bonuses, and benefits.
