Main activities Master and formalize the Brand Maintenance and Animation Lifecycle strategy (the frequency of changes), innovation themes, product content, services aligned with Brand positioning. Define the economic data by interfacing between Product Animations (volumes & selling prices) Coordinate launches until full profitability for all geographical areas and over the entire lifecycle. Animate a cross?functional working group including decision?making meetings with specific insights about customer needs to ensure consistency in definition & implementation. Conduct competitive research & diversity (commercial) studies to identify trends. Define new product features to be tested by technical departments. Continue with Product Referential teams, design technical definitions for new Marketing?Product objectives.
