We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded legal leader to join Concentrix as a senior member of our global legal team. This is a strategic role for an accomplished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and client-centric environment, and who can balance strong legal judgment with practical business solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, bringing a deep understanding of commercial transactions, risk management, regulatory considerations, and global business operations.
This role requires an individual who can confidently navigate high-value, complex commercial negotiations while building strong partnerships across the organization. You will be expected to provide pragmatic guidance that enables business growth, protects the company’s interests, and supports our continued transformation as a technology-enabled global services leader.
Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Works closely with the business and other stakeholders to provide strategic legal advice using broad expertise or unique knowledge, oversee contract negotiations and manage external counsel
Key role in mentoring mid-level counsel and junior team members; aligning legal principles and strategies with corporate objectives; may coordinate contracting activities of other personnel
Extensive experience in commercial agreement review and high-stakes negotiations
Able to organise and lead commercial agreement reviews
Able to lead contract negotiations with external clients
Ensuring proactive legal risk management across the organisation
Applies company policies and procedures to draft, analyse and redline complex and/or transformational commercial agreements with Concentrix clients by recognising:
the interdependencies between Concentrix and client obligations
Concentrix’s ability to comply with such terms
their effect on Concentrix profitability
In accordance with company policies and procedures, able to suggest creative ways to resolve a wide range of contractual issues
Able to collaborate effectively with senior Legal Department personnel, Concentrix Sales and Account Managers and other internal stakeholders
Responsible for counselling internal business partners regarding contractual terms
Ability to prioritise (and support colleagues’ prioritisation) in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly refocus and execute short-term priorities in response to the demands of the business
Frequently advises others on complex matters
Performs additional legal assignments and projects as may be required
Works independently with limited or no guidance and adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to contractual issues
Recognises internal or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues and recommends solutions/best practices or service improvements. xlwpduy
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (L.LB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent from a recognised university
Complete applicable MCLE/CPD requirements in respective jurisdiction to maintain practicing status
At least 10 years of specialised legal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and basic document sharing management (e.g. Sharepoint)
Display leadership qualities in strategy and execution.
Expert knowledge of national and international law
Proficient in developing and executing corporate strategy
Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities
Skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments
Adopt technology and embrace integration to enhance legal efficiency
Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and change
