• Design piping systems, process equipment, supporting structures, and skid-mounted solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Develop hygienic and sanitary designs for food, pharmaceutical, and other high-cleanliness applications, considering CIP/SIP requirements, cleanability, and contamination control.
• Perform process and equipment risk assessments, including the safe handling of hazardous, flammable, corrosive, or toxic liquids, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.
• Design systems with a strong focus on maintainability, accessibility, ergonomics, operator safety, and ease of inspection and maintenance throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Produce engineering documentation, including P&IDs;, equipment layouts, piping layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and safety requirements into complete industrial solutions.
• Support commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial process plants.What You Need to Be Successful• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in the design of industrial process plants, with particular focus on systems for the transport, dosing, mixing, and processing of liquids.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Plant and Vault.
