ppWe are partnered with a law firm in Italy, specialising in industrial and intellectual property.
/ppThey offer professional services for the drafting and filing of patent, utility model, design, and trademark applications.
The firm handles applications filed with the EPO, EUIPO, WIPO, and the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, collaborating with foreign correspondents for local national applications.
/ph3The Role: /h3pWe are seeking a seeking a Patent Attorney with a technical background in mechatronics, to join their team in Milan.
/ppThe successful candidate with have a degree in Engineering or other related scientific disciplines, experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting in Italy and abroad, and experience drafting patentability, validity, and FTO opinions.
/ph3Requirements: /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or related scientific faculties /liliHigh written and oral communication skills /liliExcellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus /liliAbility to work in a team and independently but collaboratively /liliExperience using specialised databases and collaborating with international correspondents is an advantage.
