As our Area Account Manager, you will help expand Nitto's presence in Italy by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities,
and translating market needs into solutions.Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales objectives and budgetsBuild strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive follow-upIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accountsNegotiate and formalize commercial agreementsMonitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activitiesPartner with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for customersMaintain accurate forecasts, reports, and customer informationYour ProfileYou are a customer-focused sales professional who combines commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills.
You enjoy working independently, are curious about new technologies, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.You bring:Around 5 years of experience in a technical B2B sales or account management roleExperience in industries such as adhesives, automotive, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, or related sectorsFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approachCuriosity and interest in innovative technologiesInterested to Join?

Every valuable employee within our Nitto Family lives by our company philosophy based on values such as respect, diversity, integrity and taking on challenges.For this role, we foresee a salary range between€50,000 and €55,000 gross per year.
The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
