Where passion meets opportunity Discover your journey into the extraordinary.Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design of digital products and features across our websites (3 platforms: B2C, B2B and APP), translating business objectives into refined, user-centered experiences. You will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces that reflect our brand identity and elevate the user journey.
Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams, you will ensure that every interaction is coherent, purposeful, and optimized for usability, performance, conversion and measurable business impact.
Key Accountabilities Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction details. Define user journeys, task flows, and information architecture to simplify complex requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences. Refine existing pages to improve conversion effectiveness, clarity, hierarchy, and visual structure.
Maintain consistency across products and contribute to the evolution of our design system and brand standards. Ensure all designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, accessible, and performance-optimized. Validate design decisions through prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, analytics insights, and user feedback.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and senior designers to align on requirements and product goals. Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications Proven experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role. A strong portfolio showing high craft UI and solid UX thinking. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma). Full proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in travel, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
Experience with persuasive design is a plus.
Experience with APP and B2B design is a plus. VISA Requirements Right to work in Italy.
What we offer In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
Contract Type of contract: Permanent Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): "Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l'armamento privato" – sez. personale di terra Gross annual salary (RAL): between €32.000 - €39.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day The offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
