We are seeking a Virtual Travel Assistance Agent to help support clients throughout their travel journey. In this remote role, you will provide guidance, assist with travel-related questions, and help ensure that travelers feel prepared and supported before and during their trips.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to traveler inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms

- Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details

- Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures

- Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their trip

- Address concerns in a professional and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate

- Friendly and professional communication style

- Customer service experience is helpful but not required

- Organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
