The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you'll take a proactive, front-foot role in driving growth across Western Europe — targeting organisations operating in the cardholder, loyalty, and member benefits ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing Proactively target and win new business across financial services, fintech, travel, mobile and membership sectors Identify,
engage and convert opportunities in the cardholder and member benefits space Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation and close Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market expansion across Western Europe Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders Spot opportunities within both new prospects and existing clients to maximise revenue growth Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and delivery teams to drive client success Why This Role Stands Out High-growth, high-ambition environment – join at a pivotal scaling moment Market-leading platform – trusted, proven and in high demand True ownership – autonomy to shape your territory and approach High visibility – direct impact on company growth Strong earning potential – competitive salary + uncapped OTE International exposure – work across a dynamic Western European market Experience Required Proven track record in enterprise B2 B2 C sales, selling through partners to end customers Demonstrable experience selling cardholder benefits, loyalty, or customer engagement platforms into financial services, airlines, airports, travel or mobility sectors Strong new business focus with clear evidence of opening, developing, and closing high-value deals (not purely account management) Experience managing full, complex sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders across Western Europe Background in a consultancy, agency, or solutions-led environment delivering tailored, client-specific propositions
