Aufinity, a Cologne-based Fin Tech Scaleup behind bezahl.de, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy. You will anchor expansion, manage senior stakeholders, and lead end-to-end project delivery across major Italian car dealership groups.

You will drive adoption of our payment platform, coordinate cross-functional teams, and upgrade clients to premium features while turning feedback into actionable product requirements. Travel will be required.
