The area of research and teaching is Didactics and Special Pedagogy: Required Research Commitment: The candidate shall focus their research activities on the core themes of Academic Discipline Group 11/PAED-02 (Educational Research, Didactics, Special Education, and Experimental Pedagogy), Academic Field PAED-02/A (Didactics and Special Pedagogy). Particular emphasis will be placed on processes of inclusion, participation,
and educational achievement within educational settings, with a focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive and participatory teaching methodologies.
