PpWe are seeking an experienced bVideo Software Engineer /b to help develop, optimize, and maintain a cutting-edge real-time video platform that powers mission-critical services for broadcast, sports, league, and streaming partners. This role is focused on building low-latency, high-availability video pipelines across both cloud and on-premises environments, working across the entire video processing stack, including image processing, video encoding/decoding, and transport technologies. The ideal candidate brings bstrong expertise in C++ and Rust /b, a deep understanding of video technologies, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in fast-paced, high-performance environments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, and deploy distributed, low-latency video processing pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments. /liliDevelop and optimize real-time video processing solutions, including encoding, decoding, transport, and image enhancement workflows. /liliContribute to the deployment, monitoring, and operational support of mission-critical video services. /liliEvaluate and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve platform performance and scalability. /liliProvide occasional on-call support for field operations, including evenings and weekends when necessary. /liliMaintain accurate technical documentation, including code, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. /liliParticipate in architecture, design, and product planning discussions. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile development environment.



/li /ulh3Core Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). /liliSignificant professional experience developing software in both C++ and Rust. /liliExperience working within Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and Linux development environments. /liliStrong knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including services such as S3 and EC2. /liliExperience with multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer. /liliDeep understanding of video codecs, particularly HEVC, and streaming technologies including MPEG-TS, SRT, HLS, and WebRTC. /liliKnowledge of NVIDIA GPU technologies, including CUDA and the NVIDIA Video Codec SDK. /liliFamiliarity with SMPTE broadcast standards and technologies. /liliStrong understanding of video and image processing techniques, including demosaicing, denoising, color space conversion, and image enhancement. /liliKnowledge of software development best practices, including version control, code management, testing, and deployment processes. /liliAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
