Education Manager, in a context of business growth and transformation, you will actively participate in the promotion of the Brand, especially boosting the performance of the Skincare axis in Italy.MISSION:Be the guarantor of Guerlain's expertise, vision & corporate values with the ability to transmit them to the teamsDesign and implement both internal and external training in line with the Maison guidelines and adapt a strategy to retailer/ people specific environment.In coordination with the Retail &
Education Team recommend specifics trainings to improve the retail performance (soft & hard skills topics)Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trendsDeliver training programs with the appropriate module and allocate team resources appropriatelyLiaise with commercial and marketing team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty trainingTogether with Retail Team measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions;PROFILE:Strong experience in the cosmetic industryQualification as an Aesthetician and expertise on the skincare axis are a plusResult-oriented with a Retail mindsetCurious, open-minded, positive, and detail orientedExcellent grooming, xrdztoy matching Brand DNA with high sense of luxury and serviceAdvanced understanding of training methodsStrong experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus)Office (Power Point, Word and Excel)Italian & English speaking, French is a plusWorkplace – Milan (travelling frequently across Italy, at least 40% of the time).Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
