Act as change leader, building organizational readiness for cross?country collaboration and future regional or European operating models. Interface with Global and European Supply Chain stakeholders, representing the local organization in governance routines, decision forums and international initiatives. Coordinate and oversee international Supply Chain projects, acting as local sponsor and reference point for pilots, transformations and cross?country rollouts. Competenze ed esperienza A successful Supply Chain Manager should have: Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain processes within the FMCG/Durable Goods/Distribution industry. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
