/ppAs part of the Europe LED Engineering Team, you will support the growth of LG's B2B Display and AV business by maintaining high-quality standards and introducing innovative solutions across a broad range of display and AV technologies.
You will be responsible for project execution, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support activities throughout Europe.
The role combines project management responsibilities with hands-on installation and commissioning work when required.
/ph3Key roles and responsibilities /h3h3Project Management Technical Delivery /h3ulliManage the full project lifecycle, including product inspection, installation, trial runs, and final inspections.
/liliReview and support technical requirements, including structural CAD,
signal, and power CAD designs.
/liliCollaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
/liliCoordinate installation schedules, resources, subcontractors, and technical deliverables.
/liliPerform and support on-site installation, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of LG Display and AV solutions.
/liliProvide hands-on installation support when required, including assembly, mounting, system integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
/liliConfigure and optimize AV equipment, including LED controllers, video processors, digital signage, AV-over-IP, control systems, and related technologies.
/liliTroubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation.
/liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations, project requirements, and quality standards.
/liliTravel extensively throughout Europe to support project delivery and installation activities.
/li /ulh3Customer and Partner Support /h3ulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
/liliProvide technical training for customers, integrators, and installation partners.
/liliSupport local system integrators with system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance best practices.
/liliEnsure installation quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
/li /ulh3Business Technical Development /h3ulliSupport Sales teams through technical business development activities.
/liliDevelop technical solutions based on customer requirements and application needs.
/liliPrepare technical documentation including system designs, layouts, drawings, visualization materials, and technical specifications.
/liliSupport demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities, and customer evaluations.
/liliContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, installation standards, and technical best practices.
/li /ulh3Required qualifications, skills and experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in related engineering field.
/lili5+ years of experience in AV systems integration, focusing on LED installations and large-scale projects.
/liliExtensive knowledge of display and AV technologies, including LED, commercial displays, digital signage, video processing, control systems, networking, and system integration.
/liliExperience with AV system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.
/liliStrong understanding of networked AV systems and digital signage solutions.
/liliExperience with AutoCAD and other design or visualization software.
/liliKnowledge of structural, electrical, and AV installation practices.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
/liliExcellent multitasking and organizational skills.
/liliEffective communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information professionally in a cross-functional and international environment of colleagues.
/liliAbility to troubleshoot complex AV systems and adapt to dynamic project environments.
/liliFluent in English and Italian is mandatory (additional European languages or Korean are a plus).
/liliWillingness to travel extensively across Europe to manage projects and support clients.
/liliComfortable performing on-site installation, commissioning, and technical support activities, including outdoor and working-at-height environments when required.
