/liliCoordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.
/liliManage energy supplies, ensuring best market conditions.
/liliOversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.
/liliSupervise the Technogym group's vehicle fleet.
/liliProvide technical support for special industrial/plant projects.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
/liliProven experience in managing technical and technological systems.
/liliExperience in energy procurement and management.
/liliDemonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.




/liliStrong leadership and team management skills.
/liliExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
/liliProficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.
/liliKnowledge of ISO***** and OHSAS***** certifications and safety standards.
/liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
/liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills.
