We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;Excellent SQL and R or Python;Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving;Data analysis and interpretation:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear,
concise manner.Advanced analytics:Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses;Develop and implement models to support business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions;Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.Mentorship and training:Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting;Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
