Today, xFarm products are already used by more than 420 thousand farms on more than five million hectares, in Europe and South America. /p pNow it's time to accelerate and we need you! /p pWe are looking for a skilled and proactive bMobile App Developer /b to join our Engineering team and support our fast growth across all the countries we operate in. You will work closely with the Tech Area Owner and the mobile team, building and evolving the apps that connect hundreds of thousands of farmers to our Smart Farming ecosystem. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liMobile App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using modern Flutter (e.g. 3.35+) and Dart, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across both iOS and Android platforms, with clean code and a hexagonal architecture that keeps domain logic isolated from frameworks and I/O; /li liReal-Time Data Connectivity: Work with reactive programming and asynchronous data streams to handle real-time data flows; experience with Bluetooth connectivity and devices such as data-loggers transmitting geolocated data is a plus; /li liAPI Integration: Integrate mobile applications with internal and external RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to deliver complete and robust features; /li liCode Review, CI/CD Release Management: Actively participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins or GitLab CI) to automate builds, testing and deployment, along with release handling and store publishing (App Store / Play Store); /li liTesting and Optimization: Implement and maintain testing frameworks (e.g. Maestro, Mockito)
and conduct performance profiling to ensure quality, stability and efficiency across devices; /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech Area Owner, Product Area Owner, designers, backend developers and QA teams to define requirements and deliver mobile applications that meet both user and business needs; /li liAgile Development: Participate in Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, demos and retrospectives to ensure efficient and timely project delivery. /li liBe part of a young, smart and digital environment; /li liWork closely with the founders and top management; /li liPlay a key role in the technical evolution of a fast-growing Smart Farming platform used across Europe and South America; /li liOpportunities for professional development and career advancement in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSolid experience in developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart; /li liSolid experience with reactive programming and asynchronous data streams — this is a core requirement, as the role deals with real-time data flows; /li liExperience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, both internal and external; /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD tools, code review practices and app store release processes; /li liFamiliarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a plus; /li liExperience with Bluetooth connectivity and real-time device data is a plus; /li liFluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Complete the Profile /h3 ul liAutonomy and proactivity /li liComfortable working with non-technical stakeholders /li liAnalytical mindset /li liGoal orientation /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pRAL: €40.000 - €45.000 (commensurate with experience) /p h3Other Information /h3 pxFarm Technologies is a company that is committed to creating a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees. /p pThis role operates in a hybrid work model, combining office presence and lavoro da remoto. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
