Department: EMEASouth Europe SalesLocation: Italy (Field-based / Hybrid)Job type: Full timeReports to: Regional Sales ManagerAbout the RoleAs a Territory Manager, you are responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening retailer partnerships within your assigned region.
You play a key role in growing market share by combining strong commercial execution with strategic business support for our retailer network.
You act as the main point of contact for retailers, translating company strategy into local action, ensuring optimal product positioning, strong dealer performance, and long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships across Centre-South Italy area (Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna)Drive sales performance and market share growth within the assigned territoryAnalyze market potential and identify opportunities to grow the businessProvide strategic business consulting to improve retailer sales and service capabilitiesActively sell and promote products, supporting assortment planning and in-store executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsUse CRM systems to manage accounts, track performance,
and maintain accurate dataCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategy and initiativesEnsure consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives across the territoryRequired Skills & ExperienceHighly results-oriented, proactive, and self-drivenStructured, disciplined, and well-organizedIndependent and comfortable working in a field-based roleHigh energy, motivated, and customer-focusedProven sales experience with strong commercial acumenStrong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectivelyExperience in field sales and business developmentAbility to identify growth opportunities and translate them into plans and actionsConfident presentation and advisory capabilitiesEven though you work independently, you are a team player who values collaboration and exchange within the company.Additional requirementsHigh willingness to travel within the territory (approx.
