A multinational pharma company, based in Rome, is searching for a Retail Excellence Manager for its Head Quarter. As a Retail Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence of the local business, embodying depth of understanding in what needs to be true to deliver executional excellence across the channels, with focus on Pharmacy channel. Reporting to the Italy& Greece Leader, you will partner with the local team to deliver Best in class execution in market. Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver Country Business Goals & Strategy Translates the annual, quarterly & monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in market Delivers budget targets 2. Develop Leading department Principles In partner with Country & Category Managers, own defining what tools are needed to win in the market Key partner to Local teams, to be the voice of external reality, building winning executional plans to deliver the budgeted plan Owns driving consistency of selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles 3. Win in Executional Excellence Partners with Sales & Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all catgegory priorities Owns driving high quality & consistent selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles Leads POS requirements & delivery for priority categories in local market Owns execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel & key customer for all priority categories (e.g. distribution targets, price & promotional guidance, visibility targets) Own Perfect Store & DVRP measurement for the local, cross category portfolio.
Lead action plans to drive continuous year on year improvements. 4. Demonstrate a positive track record of leading external customer relationships. Analytical Excellence : Utilise data driven analytics to review performance, driving real time improvements Streamlined Sales & Marketing : Lead cycle planning & commercial forums with a focus on simplicity, speed, and effective implementation Growth Mindset : Embrace and excel in new challeges, fostering a culture of continous learning and adaptation Required Experience 5 years+ experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment Experience within Shopper & Trade Marketing & Sales Teams Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs Proven ability to translate insights informing the development of winning instore strategies Fluent in written and spoken english #J-*****-Ljbffr
