Doctolib is seeking a Sales Strategy Lead in Milan to join the Sales Strategy team. You will partner with Sales Leadership to shape go-to-market strategies across markets, owning target setting, budgeting, and incentive design.

Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Finance and HR will be essential to ensure a high-performing and accountable sales organization. You will define and monitor performance metrics, build quota models, and design compensation plans to drive growth.
