pSonnedix is building a European Project Finance team, and the Associate will support the development and execution of Sonnedix's financing strategy across Europe, with a focus on Italy and wider Europe.
The role involves building financial models, preparing term sheets, leading due diligence, negotiating loan documentation, and clearing disbursement conditions.
