PpFor a leading international company operating in the bloyalty marketing sector /b, we are looking for a bGroup IT Head of Engineering /b to join its Core Technology team. /ppOur client is a global organization that partners with major retailers and consumer brands to create innovative customer loyalty and engagement campaigns. Through technology, creativity, and data, they deliver large-scale promotional experiences across multiple international markets. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs bGroup IT Head of Engineering /b, you will lead the organization's global infrastructure strategy, driving the transition to a cloud-first environment while ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing IT services across the business. /ppThis is a strategic leadership role combining technical expertise, infrastructure transformation, team management, and operational excellence. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the transition to a cloud-first infrastructure model, defining architecture and delivery roadmaps. /liliManage regional and global engineering and infrastructure programmes. /liliOversee the implementation and support of IT systems, cloud and hybrid services, databases, and networks. /liliEnsure the security, resilience, and performance of the global IT infrastructure. /liliLead and develop the Engineering team, setting priorities and driving successful delivery. /liliManage infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. /liliCoordinate engineering workloads, incident resolution, service requests, and project activities. /liliAct as the main technical contact for infrastructure-related initiatives, collaborating with project, security, and IT leadership teams.



/liliDrive continuous improvement through the adoption of new technologies and operational best practices. /liliLead infrastructure transformation projects, including data centre migrations and cloud adoption initiatives. /liliOversee infrastructure lifecycle management, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and maintenance. /liliManage technology vendors, managed service providers, and support contracts. /liliAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, Exchange Online, and related platforms. /liliDevelop technical standards, documentation, and operational procedures to support security, resilience, and compliance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least b5 years of experience /b in IT infrastructure or systems engineering. /liliProven experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects within complex IT environments. /liliStrong hands-on expertise with: /liliMicrosoft Azure /liliMicrosoft 365 /liliMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) /liliActive Directory /liliVMware vSphere/ESXi /liliMicrosoft SQL Server /liliExchange Online /liliSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and IT security. /liliPrevious experience leading technical teams and managing people. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExperience managing external suppliers and IT support contracts. /liliFluent in bEnglish and Italian /b. /liliAbility to take ownership of a global IT infrastructure environment. /li /ulh3What's Offered /h3ulliCompetitive salary and annual premio. /liliHybrid working model. /liliInternational and collaborative environment. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and career development. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
