To drive this forward, we are looking for a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) who will build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine, owning the architecture and optimization of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on turning business requirements into scalable workflows and actionable insights, you could be the perfect fit for the following tasks: /pulliYou lead our systems team to evolve our GTM technology stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. /liliYou design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approval processes. /liliYou partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and design and optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows. /liliYou establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance. /liliYou build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making. /liliYou lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption,
