Your efforts will directly impact our operational stability and success, making every day an opportunity to excel and innovate. /ph3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3ulliYou will support daily production activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain operational flow. /liliCollaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align efforts and ensure smooth operations. /liliTrack key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare insightful reports, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed. /liliContribute to root cause analysis and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes. /liliSupport short-term planning by ensuring alignment between capacity, materials, and schedules to optimize resource utilization. /liliProvide structured data, analysis, and coordination support to Manufacturing leadership, empowering informed decision-making. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliYou hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical field. /liliYou have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, showcasing your expertise in the field. /liliA strong understanding of production processes is essential, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. /liliYou possess effective cross-functional communication skills,
