Ph3Position Overview /h3pThe successful candidate will join the maintenance team with the objective of ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and operational continuity of the production systems. They will independently carry out preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance activities while contributing to the achievement and maintenance of the plant’s productivity standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on utility, production equipments and all systems distributed throughout the production site. /liliOperate utility production units and fluid distribution systems. /liliIdentify the root causes of failures and propose technical solutions aimed at continuously improving equipment reliability. /liliProvide support and assistance for new projects. /liliPerform and document system qualification and validation activities. /liliSupport on-site activities carried out by external technicians.
/liliPerform format changeovers and machine adjustments. /liliComplete and keep maintenance documentation up to date, including work orders, logbooks, and related records. /liliProactively support housekeeping activities in the work environment. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliTechnical diploma in mechatronics or a related field. /liliAt least four years of experience as a maintenance technician. /liliExperience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and a methodical, structured approach to work. /liliTechnical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams, PIDs, and layouts. /liliKnowledge of CMMS systems for managing maintenance activities. /liliWillingness to work shifts. /liliAbility to work effectively as part of a team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
