Ph3HR Manager Italy EP/NV Project management /h3 pAs the Italy HR Leader for EP/NV, you will partner with Italian commercial leadership to translate regional people strategies into local actions. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational design to empower business priorities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, coaching teams and shaping leadership pipelines while guiding change and workforce planning. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, drive transformation, and collaborate across Italy and the regional office to deliver measurable people outcomes. /p ul liannual premio /li lipar­ental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks /li liinsurance plans (eligible) /li liLead BUHR for Italy and provide BUHR support to Regional Office /li liDevelop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with EP/NV strategy /li liDeliver comprehensive HR support across workforce planning, organization design, change management, coaching, succession planning, and talent development /li liSupport HR Lead for Regional Office as required /li liPartner with business leaders to build diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities /li liProvide targeted coaching to managers and employees for growth and performance /li liIdentify and develop talent for critical roles and future leadership positions with an inclusive culture /li liCollaborate with senior leaders to embed excellence, customer centricity, growth, engagement, and accountability /li liImplement tailored HR solutions aligned with business strategy and coordinate with Centers of Excellence /li liAdvise on employee communication and engagement initiatives /li liLead change management efforts including acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring /li liDrive Talent Rhythm process and succession planning to retain diverse talent /li liOwn and drive EP/NV HR priority initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and risks /li liShape meeting agendas and ensure action closure; manage ad-hoc strategic projects /li liAct as connector across initiatives to share insights and avoid duplication /li li5+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years in HR or HR-related roles /li liStrong business partnering, advisory, and influence skills /li liAbility to work across diverse teams and travel within Italy /li liUnderstanding of strategic HR, talent management, and organizational design /li liExperience with change management and leadership development /li liExperience in project management and coordinating HR initiatives /li /ul pAs the Italy HR Leader for EP/NV, you will partner with Italian commercial leadership to translate regional people strategies into local act… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
