Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pFLIGHT DECK is our proprietary lean operating model. As Business Unit FLIGHT DECK Senior Manager you will act as the Partner of the Business Unit General Manager to guide the Business Unit FLIGHT DECK transformation, building internal capabilities, and fostering a continuous improvement culture across all Business Unit processes to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You will operate in a high-visibility environment reporting hierarchically to Avio Aero FLIGHT DECK Leader and functionally to the Business Unit General Manager. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate directly with the Business Unit General Manager to define, prioritize, and execute the business improvement and transformation roadmap. /li liEnsure Business Unit initiatives align with the Avio Aero FLIGHT DECK strategy and guidelines and specific Business Unit needs and practice are heard at FLIGHT DECK Team. /li liCoach, mentor, and train Commercial teams to strengthen their skills and autonomy within the FLIGHT DECK Operating System framework. /li liDrive the deployment and adoption of FLIGHT DECK Fundamental across all Business Unit processes and teams. /li liFoster a sustainable mindset shift toward continuous improvement and business excellence through the framework and Avio Aero strategy. /li liTrack with relevant functions and stakeholder the impact of initiatives and roadmap execution on customer satisfaction and key business KPIs. /li liAct as a bridge to share and scale successful practices between the central team and the Business Unit.



/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience. /li liProven track record in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Continuous Improvement roles. /li liDeep expertise in Lean tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Problem Solving, Daily Management System). /li liDemonstrated ability to lead complex organizational transformation projects. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken), as it is the corporate language. /li liStrong presence and credibility to advise and influence senior leadership and managers. /li liAbility to work effectively within a dual-reporting line. /li liExceptional facilitation, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills. /li liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required. /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pAt Avio Aero, People Power Our Progress.
