Doctolib is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Engineer to join the Remote Care stream in Milan. You will build AI-powered tools for patient messaging, telehealth, and agentic systems across the Patient Messaging platform and Telehealth software, with focus on reducing care team workload and expanding patient access to continuous care.

You will collaborate with ML engineers, own performance and security posture, and mentor engineers to navigate a rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape.
