To achieve our mission, we are looking for a Stockroom to join our team in our Temporary Pop Up in Fidenza Village.
As a Stockroom, your mission will be...
What will your responsibilities be?
Stock and warehouse management, including goods reception with documentation validation, incident detection and reporting (shortages, errors, damages), daily organization of storage areas and correct product placement.
Preparation of merchandise for shop floor replenishment, transfers and returns.
Inventory control: participation in partial and full stock counts, validation of opening and closing stock and systematic use of PDA / Staff App.
Identification of stock discrepancies and support in their analysis (sales, deliveries, adjustments).
Registration and follow-up of operational incidents and support in stock-related back office tasks (controlled adjustments, post-delivery validations and returns).
Ongoing communication with the Store Manager and Retail Operations regarding any relevant deviation.
Compliance with operational procedures, proper use of digital tools and identification of day-to-day operational improvements in store operations.
What will make you succeed with us?
Previous experience in stock, warehouse or store operations (retail preferred).
Experience in high-volume and fast-moving environments is a plus (e.g. logistics operations).
Highly organized, methodical and consistent profile.
Comfortable working with clear, structured and repetitive processes.
Detail-oriented and data-driven, understanding that a stock error is not "just a number".
Strong sense of responsibility and focus on doing things right from the start.
Calm, solution-oriented profile with low reliance on improvisation.
Basic handling of digital tools (PDA, internal apps, Excel / Google Sheets at user level; basic Excel knowledge is a plus).
Ability to record information clearly and in a structured way.
Comfortable working with numbers, units and validation processes.
