The Role As International Financial Controller, you will support the Group CFO in strategic and operational financial activities across international subsidiaries. You will contribute to the development of controlling processes, financial reporting, budgeting activities, and profitability analysis, while collaborating with teams located in different countries. The role offers direct exposure to international operations, cross-border projects, and financial integration initiatives within a fast-growing organization. You will play an active role in supporting business performance and improving financial visibility at group level. Your Responsibilities Being responsible for the budgeting process and monitoring deviations from forecasts and targets Being responsible for the monthly reporting activities and management reporting preparation Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability across products and projects Support cost assessment activities,
including direct and total cost analysis Contribute to EBITDA adjustments and financial performance evaluations Support the development and continuous improvement of group controlling procedures and reporting tools Collaborate on financial due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and M&A; projects Support cash-pooling and group financing activities Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with local and group regulations Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial information flows Provide support on strategic and ad-hoc international projects in collaboration with the Group CFO Travel internationally, including intercontinental trips, when required by key projects You could be the right fit if you Have 4–7 years of experience in controlling and finance, ideally within international and industrial environments Have gained experience in due diligence, acquisitions, and business integration processes Speak fluent English and Italian; knowledge of German and Spanish is considered a plus Are familiar with accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and management control systems Have advanced skills in financial modelling and financial analysis Are proficient in ERP systems (preferably Business Central or SAP), advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI Possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with internal and external stakeholders Are available for international business travel The company offers A permanent position within a growing international group Direct exposure to international strategic projects and key decision-making processes A multicultural, fast-paced, and innovative work environment Professional development opportunities and continuous training Flexible work arrangements and hybrid working opportunities A salary package aligned with your experience and competencies All job advertisements are addressed to candidates of all genders (L.******). #J-*****-Ljbffr
