We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our partner, RISCO. RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide. The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market.
Provide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end users Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking,
and security systems Maintain technical documentation and product knowledge resources Deliver technical training sessions for installers and system integrators Manage support tickets and coordinate on-site activities when required Handle RMA processes and analyze returned products Report recurring technical issues and customer feedback to internal technical teams Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services Collaborate closely with technical, support, and sales teams As part of the hiring process, all candidates are required to complete an AI interview. Previous experience in technical support, system installation, or deployment Experience with smart home, building automation, security, networking, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, or video surveillance systems Experience working in a B2B technical support environment Good understanding of installation processes and project implementation Experience with technical documentation and reporting Experience delivering technical training is an advantage Conversational English #
