WTW in Milano is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the Work & Rewards practice, selling remuneration data, compensation software and data-based solutions to global clients.

You will cultivate trusted client relationships, roll out industry surveys, identify cross-selling opportunities and provide market-focused benchmarks while collaborating with colleagues across Europe. Fluency in English and 5+ years in compensation/HR consulting are required.
