ppWe're looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our agile, cross-functional team and play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-quality services.
/p /brpIn this role, you'll collaborate closely with product owners and fellow engineers to shape technical solutions, influence architecture decisions, and help turn business needs into robust, secure applications.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliCollaborate within an agile cross-functional team, closely working with the product owner to outline products and strategies /li /brliDesign application architectures and establish technical solutions for the provided services /li /brliWork closely with other software engineers in a friendly and collaborative environment /li /brliEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security requirements /li /brliAdvocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brli5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming /li /brliBachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience /li /brliDeep knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns /li /brliProven experience in working with Javaframeworks,
with a special emphasis on Spring /li /brliDemonstrated ability to implement and execute different automated testing strategies /li /brliFamiliarity with relational database concepts and interactions (SQL, RDBMS) /li /brliExposure to high availability solutions and understanding of SaaS/PaaS models /li /brliFluency in written and spoken Italian, ability to read and communicate in English /li /br /ul /brh3Nice to have skills /h3 /brul /brliGood understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem; work experience with React.js/Next.js is a premio /li /brliKnowledge of service deployments using Docker containers is a welcomed addition /li /br /ul /brpSalary Range: 39,********,863 gross yearly /p /brpESGAt team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
