/ppOur Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
br/ppAs a Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum's QC personnel to meet client needs while ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
You'll play a key role in supporting invoicing processes, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC *****:****, and ensuring impartiality and traceability in inspection activities.
/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliCoordinate QA/QC and engineering personnel for site and office-based projects.
/liliSource and prepare candidates for client interviews and assignments.
/liliLiaise with clients on candidate proposals, selection, and placement.
/liliEnsure timely submission of documentation for invoicing (timesheets, purchase orders).
/liliMaintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication.
/liliMonitor candidate performance and provide feedback to management.
/liliSupport internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliEnsure compliance with Fulkrum's quality procedures and ISO/IEC *****:**** standards.
/li /ulpWhat We're Looking For /pulliSolid experience in onshore and offshore oil gas projects.
/liliStrong experience in inspection coordination /liliStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliProficiency in MS Office and report management.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
/liliCommercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
/li /ulpAll personnel are briefed on Fulkrum's Health Safety policies during onboarding.
You'll be responsible for ensuring site-specific HSE instructions are provided to inspectors and for reporting any incidents to the QHSE Manager.
