Scalapay is seeking a motivated Account Manager in Italy to manage a portfolio of merchant partners, drive growth through upselling and cross-selling, and analyse data to report key metrics. You will lead client calls, conduct business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful Go-Live and seamless integrations.

You will stay proactive with merchants, provide revenue optimisation strategies, and participate in co-marketing activities.
