Italy Customer Operation Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: September/October 2026

Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join the Italy Customer Operation Team at its headquarters in Milan. The role involves working closely with the marketing department to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer and seller needs, and contributing to the implementation of customer‑operations strategy to continuously improve investment efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate customer care channels and shop tickets.
- Track and monitor contact centre quality.
- Track and monitor performance results across different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM).
- Deliver business and customer care campaigns and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel).
- Fluent in English and Italian.




- Energetic, flexible, committed, and positive.
- Passionate about business performance/marketing/analytics and a fast learner.
